We pick a licensed realtor whose areas and price range fit your request, and we've checked their registration on the public register. We only share your details because you said we could.

Your realtor takes it from there
They send you matching properties, book showings, and handle offers and paperwork through their brokerage. Before you work together, they'll explain your options and any agreement in writing.
Your data, your call
We share your request only with the realtor you're matched with, and only with your consent. Email us anytime to have your details deleted.

Is Gabon Digital a brokerage or a realtor?
No. We're a marketing and lead-generation service, not a real estate brokerage. We don't represent you, give real estate advice, negotiate or handle any paperwork. The licensed realtor we match you with, and their brokerage, do that.
What does it cost me?
Nothing. Realtors pay us a flat monthly fee for marketing. We never charge buyers, and we never earn anything from your purchase.
Will I get spammed?
No. Your details go to the one realtor you're matched with, and we'll only email you about your request. You can opt out at any time.
Do I have to sign anything?
Not with us. If you decide to work with the realtor, they'll explain in writing how they can work with you and any agreement involved. Read it carefully, and ask questions before you sign.
Do you guarantee I'll find a property?
No. We can't guarantee a property, a price or a closing. We do make sure your request reaches a licensed realtor who works the areas and price range you asked for.
